EBC Financial Group (UK) Ltd and EBC Financial Group (Cayman) Ltd purchase Directors and Officers (D&O) insurance with an annual coverage of £2 million from Lloyd's of London to cover losses and liabilities arising from management and operations. They also purchase cyber insurance with a coverage of £2 million to cover losses caused by network system and hardware issues, and provide follow-up services and support for incident response, system remediation, and more. EBC Financial Group (Australia) Pty Ltd purchases professional indemnity (PI) insurance with an annual coverage of AU$2 million from Lloyd's of London to protect against losses and claims arising from negligence or errors in the provision of services. EBC's subsidiaries purchase over US$25 million in insurance annually from QBE Insurance. All of these insurance policies are designed to mitigate various risks, including those related to financial services. Losses and claims caused by negligence, errors, omissions, or force majeure by the insured during the service period will be compensated subject to the respective policy terms.
